Chillout to the latest music of Above & Beyond. Loved by many for their trance tunes, the chillout remixes/tunes of some of Above & Beyond's vocal trance hits are heavenly smooth and inspirational. This 30 min set is inspired during my time playing by the beach of Cherating in east coast Malaysia. Eastern Pavilion Resort, located in the heart of Cherating, is now one of my fav's 5-star villa in this beautiful country. 

If you are a big fan of chill out and Above & Beyond, then you know that Anjunabeats Chilled Collection 01 was only released in 2010. Yup, we had to wait 10 years after Above & Beyond was formed. Hopefully this set brings some temporary joy before Anjunabeats comes out with their new chillout album. As such, the six songs here are those that were released in 2010 and later. And of course this sets focused on vocals from Zoe Johnston and Richard Bedford.

Can’t help it but to include an acoustic cover version of Without You from David Guetta/Usher. This cover from Ilya (aka KnocDown from Stockholm) is simply magical and an inspiring fit for this set. And finally, the set ends with an unplugged of We Control The Sunlight from Jwaydan.

Eric Prydz is the Swedish DJ and producer who brought the anthemic tune Pjanoo to us. Eric (alias Pryda) is also famed for a number of his remixes. This is a compilation and mix of some of his best house/electro remixes -- mostly on some of the best 80s and contemporary music (It excludes some of his own produced music such as Pjanoo and Niton. I won't be surprised if I work on another set with those tunes).

If there's only one place to get yourself soak on indie music, then it got to be Laneway Festival.

This year's performers include award-winning performers such as The Temper Trap, Ladyhawke, Yeasayer, and more. I hope this dubstep set gets you excited and all hyped to watch the concert (on Jan 29 in Singapore and February across Australia).

The Temper Trap is probably one of the best indie bands out there. Had the pleasure of meeting them and seeing them off stage. Even when they perform acoustics, it's deadly insane. I thought it'll be nice for house music listeners to catch their gig at this year's Laneway Festival.

So I am playing what I feel is three of the best house/trance remixes of The Temper Trap's top songs. These remixes are work of genuise.
